Jared has dedicated his life to the hospitality industry for 20+ years – from starting culinary school at age 16, to running operations for some of the DMV’s most iconic restaurant groups. Jared’s passion is food, believing that it has the power to unite us in (meaty) harmony.

Algerian heritage, French-born. Nina grew up immersed in a rich culture of North-African foods and the finest spices Paris has to offer. She brings a keen eye (and nose!) to our spice blends, and the fine touch needed to make the fluffiest Maghreb couscous in town.
